I’m Wendy Zanella, a dedicated health & fitness coach with a passion for helping individuals thrive despite the challenges of the natural aging process including: weight gain, lost of muscle mass, osteopenia, osteoporosis (loss of bone density) , balance issues, previous injuries, and menopause symptoms.  With personalized coaching, supportive virtual group classes, and a comprehensive on-demand library, I’m here to help you achieve your health and wellness goals so you can improve the quality of your  life.

One-On-One Virtual Fitness Coaching

My Virtual One-On-One Fitness Coaching is designed for individuals aged 40 and older who are ready to take control of their health. 

I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you are looking to start or continue a balanced fitness program with support and professional instruction, interested in losing weight, or are dealing with osteopenia, osteoporosis, breast cancer recovery, or a previous injury, I can help. I understand the challenges you might face, and will provide you with specific attention and the adaptations you need to be successful.

Live Virtual Group Class Monthly Membership

All of my live classes have the same goal, to slow down and/or reverse the natural aging process, and help you feel great in your aging body.

My Live Virtual Classes provide real time feedback. You have the option of keeping your camera on if you welcome the feedback, or keeping it off if that is how you prefer to participate. 


Live Monthly Schedule Consisting of 32+Classes

Three Intermediate Strength Classes per week:    M-W-F mornings from  7:15 -8:00 am (Eastern Time)

Two Balance, Strength & Stretch Classes per week M/W from 12:15 -1:00 pm (Eastern Time)

Three Hatha Yoga Classes held per week on T/Th 5-6 pm Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30 am (Eastern Time)

You choose the classes depending on your individual needs. 

* Included in the monthly membership along with the live virtual classes is the  on-demand library of classes for you to participate in at your own convenience.
